How does the order process work?

Once you have submitted your payment details we’ll review your order. We usually do that within an hour or two (during office hours).

If we need anything else we will contact you. If for whatever reason we are unable to help we will refund your payment immediately.

Once the order has been approved we’ll send you an email to confirm your site has joined our order queue.

If you’ve ordered our express service you’ll receive the initial draft within 3 working days, if not it will be 5-10 working days. (A working day does not include weekends or bank holidays).

Once ready we’ll send the initial draft over for you to view on a demo link.

You can request as many minor design and content changes as you like, we’ll make any changes you request within 1-2 working days.

Once you’re happy with the design we will provide you with admin access so you can upload your product listings.

Once that’s complete we’ll get the site live on your domain.

If you’re also ordering our Google optimisation service we’ll arrange that for you at this point too.

WHAT ARE CATALOGUE AND NON-CATALOGUE PAGES?

The following count as catalogue pages.

  • Individual product listing pages
  • Category or search pages that display product listings
  • The “My Account” page
  • Any other page (e.g. Home, About Us, Contact Us etc) we would have to manually create, so would count as a non-shop page.

    Non-shop pages can include product listing feeds, so we can display product listings on your home page if you’d like us to.

    Your website will be built on WordPress using the WooCommerce plugin, so will come jam-packed with features. This includes (but not limited to) the following:

    Additional functionality can be added, there are tens of thousands of plugins available on WordPress.

    Just contact us if you need something specific and we’ll let you know if there’s an additional fee.
