Attachment, modifications and repairs (AMR) do what it says on the tin
They offer construction machinery and trailers all over the UK and Europe, with fast turnarounds on customised machinery, trailers and attachments.
With over 10 years’ experience in the construction sector, AMR Ltd decided to branch out further during the COVID-19 pandemic as a result of the resulting job losses that continue to plague the industry.
Looking to the future, they got in touch with us to design their new website to help them get into gear and take their online presence to the next stage. We were more than happy to get involved.
UK construction web design
To every business big and small – local and national – looking to get ahead, it’s critical to have a presence online to connect with your clients and other operators in your industry.
For those in the construction industry, having a modern website is the perfect way to not only house your portfolio, but to reflect your values of professional work and to network with those around you.
For AMR Ltd, they wanted a simple website design that delivers on every front, from design to user navigation. The end goal in the brief was simple: to communicate what they do and make it easier for clients to get in touch.
Goal 1: design communication
It’s important not only to communicate what you do, but how you do it. And web design can help you achieve the second part with powerful results if done correctly.
When it comes to communicating key services, value propositions and other USPs, we’ve used our web design to help companies and small businesses reach further afield and closer to customers than they’ve ever done.
Because our web design keeps things simple on the visual front while making you as a brand more personal to your customers.
For AMR Ltd, our UK web design team ensured the homepage was where we engaged and kept user attention.
This homepage is minimal, clean and refreshing, housing all the content a user would come to expect.
Bookended by a large opening slider and a contact us banner, the homepage is incredibly user-friendly and one that is built to anticipate the needs and expectations of each site visitor.
For the colour scheme, our designers followed on from our client’s blue and white logo. From navigation headers to call to action buttons and more, this colour scheme is both subtle and present at all times, creating a seamless and familiar browsing experience for online visitors.
And when it comes to content, a sans serif typeface and high-quality images help to communicate our client’s services in a way that makes it easier for customers to understand.
As a result of these elements working together, this website is one that is simple to navigate, operate and use.
When it comes to website success, that’s crucial. Because websites with poor user experience maps are those that suffer the highest with bounce rates.
For AMR Ltd, their new website is one that is built both around them and their customers, all on an interface that helps them make more meaningful connections.
