AEH AvSec Consultants are the team behind the scenes keeping airports safe and managed by highly-trained professionals.
Ever since 2003, they’ve been providing rigorous, government-accredited training and consultancy validations for a range of leading aviation organisations across the country – meaning that when you next visit an airport, your experience is swift and safe.
And with more than 30 years’ experience in aviation security, they know their industry like the back of their hand.
Our client approached Red Website Design to establish a brochure-style website where they could list their services and expand their digital presence. Brew in hand, we were more than happy to help them reach new heights and see where the challenge took us.
Any security-related client deserves a website that speaks reliability, trust, and professionalism. We really wanted visitors to acknowledge these values from the very moment they began their journey. So, we took the design brief and got to work.
We went with a reliable colour palette to promote familiarity and comfort, and these colours work really well on a white canvas, too.
Again, with typography, we wanted to select a visual language that corresponded to our client’s values. Choosing Mako, we’re able to project professionalism, flexibility, and relevance. Bob’s your uncle. (Or security personnel.)
UI & UX
How well visitors can actually use and move around a website determines its overall functionality. It also determines whether or not they return.
A clean website where they can display their services, our client wasn’t asking for the world. So, we ensured visitors didn’t have to either. Navigation headers are easy to see and read, are concise, and jargon-free. And just as important, CTA buttons aren’t in-your-face but rather are there when you need them.
Chances are, only the target audiences of our client are going to understand much of aviation security jargon.
That’s why the content across this website is both accessible for everyone yet still appropriate for those who will need to know the minute details.
It’s good to feel recognised
If you’re going to be a leading provider of security training in the aviation industry, it’s a good idea to show off your hard-earned certifications. We’ve included these regularly throughout our client’s website, so B2B clients can constantly be reassured of their legitimacy.
Do include any organisations you are affiliated with or have received qualifications from, be it NGOs, societies, or other memberships. Customers will feel that little bit more at home.
And it doesn’t stop there.
Harnessing social media should be a priority for your digital marketing strategy. For our client, we’ve included their feeds through widgets that can be accessed throughout the site. Social media doer or not, ensuring you stay connected and curate an always on culture means your customers will love you all the more for it.
