HomeExe are specialists in electrical installation and design across domestic and commercial environments.
From installing electrical vehicle charging points to garden lighting and consumer units, our client prides themselves on optimising your living through intelligent electrical design and installation. To really get ahead, they needed a brand spanking new website to consolidate their marketing position and spread the word.
So, our UK web design team did what they do best.
Thinking of getting a new website redesign for your business? Whether you’re looking for an eCommerce website or a simple brochure style website to list your services and provide contact information for your customers, we have you covered.
No job is too big or too small for our web design wizards – for over 13 years, they’ve transformed client briefs into websites that work.
And when they started on HomeExe’s new website, they knew they were looking to create an online presence that’s contemporary, visually pleasing, and, above all, easy to use.
In every corner of the website, and in every click and scroll, you’ll find that HomeExe’s new website does more than look good – it brings visitors closer and assists them in their customer journey.
It should come as no surprise to say that we love working with colour palettes for our websites.
Not only can the right colour scheme uplift and inject some life into a website, it can really set the mood and convey the right kind of emotion to influence the customer journey.
For HomeExe, our designers went with a navy, orange and white colour palette, bringing energy and a truly electric vibe to this interface. From the logo itself to striking call to action buttons, this colour palette can be seen right across the website, touching upon each individual webpage to enhance the user experience and make it much more consistent.
Not only does design need to look good, it needs to enhance readability. You’ll notice that our client’s website is beautifully minimal; our designers haven’t clogged spaces up with unnecessary features, and nor have they left it bare.
Instead, visuals are neatly spaced and positioned to encourage on-site action. For example, when users land on the homepage, a huge slider welcomes users in and promotes clicking thanks to a visible call to action.
Scrolling down, short introductory text is closely followed by design icons listing HomeExe’s services, giving a well-rounded finish for users looking to access information quickly and clearly.
Across the homepage, colour is used to demarcate content and separate design features, helping to break up the customer journey from beginning to end.
Like us, it’s a good idea to have a portfolio of your services to show potential customers how you can help.
For HomeExe, theirs is a breath of fresh air, with high quality portfolio images sitting on top of a call to action banner making it easier for users to request a quote. Both functional and visually pleasing, design here means working both for and with the visitor.
