For Write Your Script, Dr Punter wanted a refreshing, modern and simple web presence to tell his story and to advertise his services – helping people tell their story. The result? A website that encapsulates Dr Punter’s personality and connects customers to his services like never before.
Working closely with Dr Punter from the moment he got in touch with us, our team of web designers arrived at three objectives in order for our client to achieve maximum potential with this website. First, it had to be minimal. Second, it had to have a seamless user experience. And third, it had to make our client’s services accessible and visible at all times.
It’s clear that, when landing on the homepage of this website, that it ticks all the boxes when it comes to minimal, crisp and clear web design. Occupying the above-the-fold area of the homepage, a centralised navigation header is held up underneath by a page-wide slider. Here, a semi-transparent image brings forward a header with two call to action buttons – one to learn more about our client, and one to view services. Easy.
We’re all about keeping it simple but effective here
Scrolling further down, space is used intelligently, with a mix of content, images, video and web design visuals to establish a flowing experience for visitors – that’s objective two off the list.
Users will also see an interplay of images and content in a checkboard fashion, with the website’s courses pages nicely advertised thanks to modern call to action buttons – objective three!
Before users find themselves at the bottom of the website, they’re greeted with a handy testimonials banner. Here, users can see for themselves how our client is already transforming theirs.
