Through an interdisciplinary approach to patient recovery, our client has become one of the most respected medical centres in the north of England. To make their services for visible to patients requiring specialist help for pain, they submitted a design brief for a modern website.

When you land on the Manchester Pain Clinic’s homepage, you’re greeted by a warm, clean, and inviting digital space which utilises intelligent design to guide you throughout the web content. The considered balance of web design visuals with white space means online visitors get the best of both worlds without being overwhelmed.
Building web design around visitors’ online behaviour is absolutely crucial for a successful online experience. It comes as no surprise that visitors, alongside attractive visuals, rank positive user journeys highly. If your visitors have a pleasant time on your website, they are far more likely to recommend you to others. And there’s nothing more powerful than a recommendation.

When users arrive on the homepage, a centralised navigation banner, set in a positive green, displays several buttons to facilitate further progression. And as it is placed conveniently underneath the opening slider, it makes forming valuable connections that bit easier.
We’re a big fan of clean, page-wide sliders.
Sliders help customers become acquainted with your services, your values, and your overall design presence. For our client, the slider here displays several high-quality images, call to action buttons, and a large welcoming text box – perfect for encouraging further interaction across the website.
Curating a highly professional and approachable presence for Dr Rajan and his clinic was really important to us. That’s why we prioritised design to work for his clients from the very start. Being in the medical industry, using websites to form personal connections before patients enter the physical practice is a necessity. With engaging content, rounded (and colourful!) icons, and an interface that makes it even easier for customers to find what they’re looking for – we’re able to make our client’s clinic more friendly, more professional, and fit for the future.
