Web Design Dunstable

Family-run home improvement company, ARL interiors, have been sprucing up homes across the country for over 20 years.

For them, the smallest details can go the extra mile – which is what we’re also all about. After fitting bedrooms and kitchens with the finest design, it was time for their own digital makeover. After getting in touch with Red Website Design for a new and affordable website, our designers got to work. Read on to find out how they got on.

Affordable Web Design for Your Business

If you’re a new business or old business, small business or large business – having a great website could be the difference between success and mediocrity. And you don’t want mediocrity. Websites are a door into your business and everything that you represent. When designed correctly with your brand at heart, your business website becomes a cornerstone of your marketing efforts, and, ultimately, the digital headquarters where you advertise your work.

With this in mind, it’s crucial to have a website with design that not only fulfils all kinds of aesthetic expectations of your customers – but design that is functional to its core. Design that actually serves customers and helps them to do the stuff they originally came to do.

For ARL interiors, our designers built eye-catching design with all the functionality you would expect from a business that gets the job done.

On the homepage, an effortlessly minimal black and white interface is complimented with a classy serif font, whilst content banners are filled with semi-transparent images of our client’s amazing work.

You’ll also find modern design icons to accompany information, as well as on-brand call to action buttons to break up content nicely. All in all, this homepage serves two immediate needs: appearance and functionality. Users can browse at their pleasure and interact with web design to learn more.

Across the website and away from the homepage, continuity is key, ensuring users have no nasty design interruptions. From the Gallery page to Testimonials, you’ll find header images and that same minimalist design.

How to Build Successful Website Navigation

In a nutshell, website navigation is how you interact with a website. When websites make it easier for visitors to complete their journey, locate information, and generally do what they came to do – whether find contact details or view some examples of work.

Website design, interface, and navigation systems are ultimately interlinked. It’s because ARL Interiors’ design works so well that customers can navigate successfully – and vice versa.

But, like ARL Interiors, it’s truly the little things that go on to make a huge difference to a users’ journey.

For example, thanks to a simple, right-of-centre navigation header, users can easily find what they are looking for with one click of a button. And when users do navigate over to these pages, they’re met with consistent design with content clearly defined and positioned within the page to encourage further navigation (with on-hand call to actions) and a sticky header to encourage immediate navigation. And near to the bottom of these pages, you’ll also find banner content displaying contact information or further promotional content to display what our client do best.
