For our client, the contact page contains relevant details as well as an easy form that doesn’t take an hour to fill in. We’ve also added Google Maps at the bottom, to really put the business on the map! Features like these enhance credibility and ultimately set you aside from your competition.
Being an eCommerce store means having next-level functionality that anticipates the buyer’s journey.
When we visit the ‘Shop’ page, we’re met with a range of amazing products that customers can browse through. And when they find something they need, they can simply click on it and find out more information thanks to product information and a pricing guide.
When customers click on the price, they’re transported to a committed page just for that product, full of additional information – such as specs and dimensions – and a secure payment avenue via the basket.
Baskets are where the magic happens on eCommerce websites – they’re also where eCommerce sites suffer the highest bounce rates. Getting this right was crucial if we were to make a success of it.
Our basket page makes it easy as possible for customers to review products, view total prices, change quantities, and even calculate shipping!
And if customers have a coupon code, they can easily apply it and receive the discount.
At the bottom right we have the basket totals section, listing subtotals, shipping costs, UK VAT, and a proceed to checkout CTA.
