Hi, I’m Mark, and I’m the Managing Director here at Red.

I originally established Red Website Design back in 2011, but it didn’t come out of nowhere. I’ve been working in the marketing and advertising industry for more than 20 years now.

I started off in print advertising with The Autotrader and Thomson Directory (remember those?!), but quickly saw the shift to online so started creating websites in my spare time.

After building a few sites for my close friends and family, word quickly spread about my knack for it. I setup Red Website Design in 2011 to make the “side-hustle” official, but quickly found a passion in this line of work, so I moved into the field full-time.

We are now a fully-fledged business, helping thousands of clients get where they need to be.

I’m in a unique position to help my clients, having set-up my own independent business from scratch. Having been there and seen it all, my experience comes in handy a lot when customers need it most.

I’m pleased to say I’ll be your main point of contact from your initial enquiry, straight through to the design phase and beyond.

Personal

In 2006, I moved up North after meeting my partner, Vicky, and settled down in Runcorn. Since then, we’ve been hands-on with two beautiful children – James and Charlotte.

When I do eventually get a minute, you can find me pursuing my other passions – Man United, Boxing, F1, and the odd weekend away with the lads.

In April 2018, my son was unfortunately diagnosed with Leukaemia. Thanks to the amazing team over at Alder Hey he is now in remission. A large part of my life now is dedicated to fundraising for this fantastic hospital and its patients. Currently, I’ve raised over £13,500.
